1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayLink Pro ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including administrators, team members, and clients accessing the Platform through a company account.

2. Description of Service

PayLink Pro is an all-in-one business management platform that provides tools for project management, invoicing, asset tracking, expense management, support tickets, online meetings, and related business operations. Features available to your account depend on the subscription plan and modules purchased by your organisation.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorised persons.
  • Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
  • Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annually).
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Pricing Changes: We may update subscription prices with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without prior written consent.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without our express written permission.
  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Platform are the intellectual property of PayLink Pro or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

8. Availability & Uptime

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayLink Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice within the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PayLink Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
